Your tour with Luxury Outback Tours or Xplore Eyre begins with a flight from Perth to Esperance. The adventure tour with Nullarbor Traveller also begins from Perth, travelling east over the Darling Ranges, with the first stop at York. If you're self-driving in your car or RedSands Camper, travel through Hyden and be sure to visit the impressive Wave Rock on your way. Thought to have formed some 130 million years ago, Wave Rock is entirely natural and measures about 15km (roughly three storeys) in height. Fitzgerald River National Park is one of Australia’s largest and most botanically significant national parks, renowned for its rugged hinterland, coastal scenery and more than 1,800 beautiful and rare plant species. There's a wealth of hiking trails with unique wildflowers and fauna to be explored here in spring, not to mention dramatic coastal views perfect for whale spotting during winter and spring. You'll visit here and camp on the first night of the Adventure Tour with Nullarbor Traveller, or you can find a unique off-grid campsite in your RedSands Camper. Alternatively, overnight in nearby Hopetoun.

On Day 2 with Xplore Eyre or in your RedSands Camper, go four-wheel driving along Hamersley Inlet Road as you continue towards Albany. On Day 3 with Nullarbor Traveller you'll go via the Stirling Ranges and overnight in a private campground before visiting the Porongurups for a two-hour hike through some spectacular forests to Castle Rock the next day.
